Welcome, ladies and gentlemen, to the Predator Library!
What is the Predator Library? Well, just like you would in a regular library, here you can sign out predators for your roleplays!
In the past, predators could only be played by mods. Now, though, there will be a system to allow for members to pick and choose their predator of choice and use it for personal roleplays and character plots! This, of course, comes with some rules.
Rules:
1) Do not play a predator without first signing it out and receiving approval.
2) Do not complain if the predator is already signed out.
3) Make sure you follow the guidelines on how to sign out a predator before submitting your request.
4) Please inform the admins of the roleplay's plot so we can approve or deny it.
5) Make sure you play the predator in a realistic fashion; two apprentices cannot take down a fox, and a lone soldier cannot kill a hawk.
6) Only use the predator for one roleplay.
7) A maximum of three predators may be signed out per season.
8) Each member may only sign out one predator every two seasons.
9) Members who have not signed out predators before will receive priority over those who wish to rent repeatedly. This include any members that were included in a roleplay with a rented predator.
Now, how do you send in a request for a predator? Let's find out!
P r o t o c o l
Send a message to the admins titled "Predator Request" and fill out the following form:
-Your username-
-The username(s) of who will be included in the roleplay with the predator-
-The username of who will be playing the predator-
-Which predator you would like to sign out-
-A brief summary of what will transpire in the roleplay (if applicable; if the roleplay is not plotted out, then say so)-
-If you intend on killing the predator, describe how that will occur. (Note: It is extremely rare that we would approve of this. Make sure your explanation is realistic and follows the guidelines found with the predator.)-
-How long you are signing the predator out for (max. 2 weeks)-
From here, a mod will reply to you with either an approval or a rejection. If it is the latter, a reason will be provided. If there is need for them, certain rules or parameters may be set for this rental.
If, at the end of your time slot, you would like an extension on the predator, please message the admins and explain why. Keep in mind that other members may be waiting to sign out that predator, so unless a good reason is provided, you may be denied. If the roleplay is incomplete, you may have a mod play the predator for the rest of its duration.
After the roleplay is complete, send a message titled "Predator Return" to the admins with the following information:
-Your username-
-The username(s) of who was included in the roleplay with the predator-
-The username of who played the predator-
-Which predator you signed out-
-A link to the roleplay-
After you have sent this message, the mods will go over the roleplay and make sure that the rules were followed and that everything that transpired is realistic and believable. Until it is approved, the roleplay will be not be considered canon.
Once it has been reviewed by the mods, it will either be;
-Denied with details on how to make it acceptable
- Or approved and made officially canon.
