Water Walking
You walk on water, easy breezy. The more experienced you get the less focus you need, eventually you can walk on water just as easy as you walk on land.

Water Manipulation
You've begun to control the water. You can lift and shape water at your wish, the amount of water and complexity of the shape depends on your experience and practice.
Skill 3
Phase
You can change the physical state of water, be it liquid, solid or gas. Solid (Ice) works great as hard offense while gas (water vapor / steam / fog) is a great way to obscure the view of an enemy or mask your movements. You can also control the water, steam or ice you have changed.
Skill 4
Water Whip
Your control of water is faster and more precise, and you can now create a whip made of water that can be used to lash at prey or enemies.
Skill 5
Bubble
What are cats of Water if we can't BE underwater. You are able to create a bubble around your head, a pocket of air, which enables you to walk or swim underwater without worry of drowning. Later you can create a pocket for others as well.
Skill 6
Creeping Ice
With enough water you can cover the ground with ice, potentially freezing the feet of your enemies to immobilize them, or simply giving them unstable ground. Or you can send a ray of ice over the ground directly towards your enemy to freeze them.

Pulling Water
You are incredibly attuned to water. You can feel it around you now and your sensing of it is very fine. With this, you are able to pull water out of the world around you (grass, trees, plants, water trapped in rocks, even water in other animals), and your manipulation of it is excellent.

Thick and Thin
You can change the viscosity of the water, making it more fluid and harder to gain control of, or less so and hard to move through or rid oneself of. I.e higher viscosity makes the water like thick like honey, and lower makes it less dense, like air.

Extra Hand
You have learned how to pressurize the water and can now create tendrils similar to the Water Whip, but these are attached to your body as if they were extra limbs. With pressure, the water can be semi-solid but still fluid like water, enabling you to grasp or whip things with it more precision. The more experienced you are the finer your movements.

Hydrokinetic Jump
Using water to your benefit, you can get it to rise up behind you and give you extra strength, using it to add more force to your jump. It helps you by making you jump farther and higher! As you practice this, you may even be able to use it to fling opponents away!
SKILL 11
Kraken
You can now encase yourself with water, creating an entirely new being that you control. The more experience you have, and the more water, the bigger you can make your Water Monster! This takes a lot of concentration and energy to sustain, and if you are somehow knocked from the monster, it will immediately return into puddles of water.

Winter is Coming
Given the right weather, you can turn water into ice and snow and control it, making a blizzard.

By Your Blood
You are a master, you can sense every single drop of water around you and you know how to manipulate it all. You can even sense the water in another beings body and as such you can control them. This demands every bit of your focus and a strong being can break free.

You can feel the shape of objects with your mind - this includes surroundings! As your mastery of this skill grows, you can begin to sense not only the exterior surfaces of things, but also their interiors. ie. sense the insides of a cats body, their heartbeat, the inner workings of a tree, the pockets in a magma rock

Watch it Float
You can make things float! You start with little things such as water drops, but as you practice you can make bigger/heavier things float too!

Sensibility
You can manipulate the details of things! ie braid a knot or carve a drawing. As you practice, your telekinesis becomes more precise!

Come to Me
You can call any object you wish to you from any place. The farther + larger the object, the higher skill required.

Pressure Wave
You can create a pressure wave with your telekinetic energy! The more you practice, the stronger the wave.

Airwalking
You can lift your own body of the ground by pushing at the earth with your powers! The more you practice, the longer + higher you can go!

Slice
Your telekinesis is so precise you can now slice through objects. Soft things at first like fish and prey but as you practice/grow stronger, you can cut through things like trees and rocks! (like by the use of pressure waves and telekinesis you make it so thin and precise)

Compression
Using your telekinesis, you can build up the pressure around an object, and force in into a smaller shape of your choice! You cannot change the overall mass of the object, but you can change its shape and it's density . (ie. Changing a rock with lots of pockets into a smaller, ball of a rock with none at all)

Explosion
You can make things explode by building pressure inside it! Starting small and growing big.

Gravity
You can manipulate gravity and the weight of objects. At first, you can make a pebble feel like a feather or a feather feel like a pebble, but the more you practice, the heavier the items you can manipulate! this means you'll be able to give a boulder the weight of a cloud, or a feather the weight of a tree!

Cutting Edge
You can manipulate the sharpness of objects! This ranges from anything to making the claws of other cats blunt and making your fur sharp, to making the grass like razor blades, and more!

Orbit
You can create a bubble around you that sends things bouncing in another direction! As you get more practice with this, you can begin to use other things to help protect you: rocks, fire, tree branches, water, even air! Your bubble of protection can gain all of these - but beware! It will not only defend you from enemies, but also friends and cats who get in your way!

Using your telekinesis, you can control the motor functions of felines and other creatures! This takes high amounts of concentration, and leaves you very vulnerable to any other form of attack. You can only control the movements of one cat at a time, and only when they are within your eyesight. one cat can only control a creature that is fox-sized or smaller, but if several secondaries join together, you have the potential to take control of something much larger!

The primary user freezes patches on the ground and the secondary induces pressure in them so that they explode upon touch!

You and your soulbond share a profound telepathic connection. Thoughts, emotions, and even things like pain can be and are shared between the two of you.

Tidalwave
The secondary user can lend Primary their strength temporarily, which allows the primary users to pull water large amounts of water from all around and combine it into a giant wave. Can only be used when a body of water is within sight, and the soulbond pair is not exempt from the effects of the 'tidal wave' that they create.

Psychic Help
The primary user lends their strength to the secondary. Enhanced, the secondary uses it's telepathic abilities to attack another creature's mind. With training and experience, the skill can be used to help, locking or unlocking the mind or certain memories, for example. Be careful, though, it can also backfire.

With the Primary's ability to shape water and the secondary's use of telekinesis, the two can make a hoard of animals out of water, that they use to their bidding.

Breathe For Me
This skill allows one member of a soulbond to be completely encased in water, without a pocket of air, and yet still be able to breathe thanks to the other member being above land!

The secondary user uses their mind to feel each particle of an object, and the primary user, using their knowledge of water, converts it to water. This skill starts off only being useful on little things with high water content - a blade of grass, or the leaf of a tree- but eventually, a soulbond pair can turn much larger things into water, such as an entire tree or a large boulder.

With the primary's knowledge of manipulating the viscosity of water, and the secondary's knowledge of manipulating gravity, together the two can make any environment extremely difficult or extremely easy to move through, as they wish.

The secondary user lessens the pull of Gravity on the pair and the primary one gives them boosted jump, allowing the pair to 'fly' for a short period of time!

The primary used calls forth a blizzard, which is made even more deadly by the sharpening of the individual snowflakes by the secondary.

Dome
The secondary's ability 'Orbit' becomes empowered by the primary. The area is larger and protected by a water bubble. The protecting debris consisting partly of ice shards, and the precision of the attacks are greater.

Blood Mind
Together with the primary's blood bending and the secondary's motor function control, the pair becomes puppet masters and can easily control another living being. Focus is still important, if one falters or breaks away the control is lost.
