In the world of Dulra, a recent magical apocalypse has released monsters all over and caused more than a few traffic jams. Although people have been shifting into animals since the dawn of time, only recently has magic been discovered--and it didn't take long for someone to press the wrong button. The large majority of civilisations are now extinct, and only five survive, crammed into a single city in the mountains, mostly safe from the monsters.
This "huddle in a well-fortified, safe city" plan seemed excellent until all the cultures realized one thing: they don't really like each other. And now, in this atmosphere of tension and sorrow, the number of assassinations and disappearances begins to rise.
